1. Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days.
    • Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days.


3. Shipping Carriers:
We use trusted carriers such as FedEx for order fulfillment.


4. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship domesitcally ony within USA.
  • Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations.


5. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • You can track your package via FedEx.


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at mgr.telcel@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. International Shipping & Customs:

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
