• Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Products must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale or clearance items.
• Gift cards.
• Personalized or custom-made products.

3. Return Process:

• Ship the item back to us at 4750 N Jupiter Rd suite #122, Garland, TX 75044.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:

• If you need to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
